Founder

Mr. Rahul Neerukulla

Founder and Director • Early Steps CDC

Mr. Neerukulla Rahul is an experienced Behaviour Therapist, Child Psychologist, QABAT Professional, Infant Sensory Therapist, and certified Sensory Integration Therapist (SIT). He specializes in supporting children with Autism (ASD), Developmental Delays, DECSE MR, sensory challenges, and behavioral difficulties through evidence-based interventions.

He is extensively trained in conducting standardized developmental and behavioral assessments including Sensory Profile 1 & 2, Infant Sensory Profile, Sensory Screening Tool (Home & School), Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL 1–5 years & 6–18 years), Infant Neurological Examination, Development Profile-4 (DP-4), WPS Assessments for Parents & Caregivers, WPS Autism Rating Scale, Special Education Assessments, and Speech & Language Evaluations.

He also performs Diagnostic Testing for Learning Disabilities and designs personalized intervention plans that combine behaviour therapy, sensory integration, communication enhancement, and early developmental support to help every child achieve meaningful progress.
